1. Initial Consultation
We start with a deep dive into your needs, goals, and current condition. This isn't your average chat - it's a comprehensive analysis to tailor a program that fits you.
Based on that initial assessment, the PPR team crafts a program specifically for you. Whether you're rehabbing an injury or aiming for peak performance, every detail is considered.
Your personalized program is delivered through the TrueCoach app. You'll get detailed instructions, video demonstrations, and a direct line to your PPR team.
This isn't a "set it and forget it" deal. You'll have weekly check-ins to refine your program, get feedback, and ensure you're on track. It's like having a world-class coach in your pocket.
Upload videos of your exercises or performance for review. The PPR team will analyze your form and technique, providing crucial feedback to keep you progressing safely and effectively.
When needed, you'll have access to real-time rehab sessions. This is where the magic happens - direct, hands-on (virtually) guidance to supercharge your progress.
As you evolve, so does your program. The PPR team continuously tweaks and adjusts your plan to match your progress and changing needs.

For a video or verbal appointment, you will need a reliable internet connection and a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer. Even if you are not confident using computers, we can help you.

Virtual health consultations have skyrocketed by 3800% since the pandemic. In this fast-paced world, convenience is key. Experience performance and rehabilitation on your terms.
We’ll create a program based on what equipment you have access to. We innovate and think outside the box to get the best of what you’ve got. If and when we need to take the next step in strength and conditioning, we’ll work with our partners on the ground to make sure you have the right stuff.
Depending on the goals, genetic make-up, training history (and a few other external factors based on lifestyle), research dictates that it takes approximately 4-6 weeks(potentially longer) for physiological adaptations to take place from training. A phenomenon called neuromuscular adaptation’ may make our bodies more efficient at movement and force production earlier, but for the changes to be longer lasting, we need to be a little more patient.
The questionnaire that you fill out prior to our initial consultation will help us understand your needs and give specific information about how we can best suit your program to you as an individual. This will help drive the initial consultation to be more specific and streamlined. We don’t just want to understand your injury or performance goals – we want to understand you as a person. This way we can tailor the program around you and your lifestyle.
Once we have understood more about you, your performance related goals and/or injury and rehabilitation requirements, we will deliver a bespoke program to you each week. We will review your program each week with you via messaging and/or voice or video calling so we can continue to meet the challenges of your busy lifestyle and keep you accountable. We also offer video feedback on your form and real-time rehab sessions to guide you through new workouts. PPR can communicate directly with your GP, surgeon, nutritionist, PT – whoever is part of your team to make sure you are getting the best support possible, and we are united in delivering a program to achieve your goals. “If you just communicate, you can get by. We can provide an invoice weekly which you can submit to your health insurance provider.
Our initial consultation will be via Zoom, which you can use via a web browser or download the Zoom app. Your weekly programming, which will have associated video and instructions, will be delivered via a program called True coach which, again, you may download the app or use via a browser. Further communication when required is done through Whatsapp, which you will need to download an app for.
We will outline our expectations from you as a client during our initial consultation. This will be dependent on you as an individual and your performance/rehab goals.
